1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 3 days (72 hours) from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify:
The item must be unused and unopened
The seal (if applicable) must be intact
The product must be in its original packaging
You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used perfume oils.
2. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive:
A damaged product
A leaking bottle
The wrong item
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
Clear photos of the product
Your order number
We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund where applicable.
3. Exchanges
You may exchange your item within 3 days if:
The product is unused and unopened
It meets all return eligibility requirements
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
